Agreed, but that's what I mean with respect to his obvious deterioration. In four years, he just won't be capable of rallies, debates, interviews, etc.

Why not? He'll ramble, spew invective, talk about himself. His sentences will get simpler and simpler, his vocabulary more and more limited. But the hate will be there, and it's the hate that sells.
