So what? He drove drunk, got caught, tried to use his privilege to get out of it and got smacked down. He shouldn't be writing DC laws about DUI.

So what? He drove drunk, got caught, tried to use his privilege to get out of it and got smacked down. He shouldn't be writing DC laws about DUI.
