brake problem in my brand new toyota camry-help!!!!

8:57 & 12:55 poster here. Some cars have a proportioner valve that regulates the fluid for the front and rear brakes. I would bet my last dollar that the problem is in the electronic component of that valve. It makes sense they can't replicate the issue. Take it somewhere else, even to another Toyota dealer. Pay to have those parts replaced somewhere else and send them the bill.
