No alcohol. Lots of water and watery produce. Also eat oatmeal... overnight oats with blueberries and unsweetened almond milk is my go to this time of year!

No sugar, only good carbs (whole grains), "eat" your water, and drink 4-8oz of water every hour. Also lots of sleep.
