Coach hate

One can spend too much time thinking about handbags.

I bought a newer coach bag recently and it’s impressive imo compared to the options from other brands, but I really am just biding my time for my mom to agree to let me have her purse from the late 90s, it’s the softest leather and a workhorse bag but looks new

You don't have to wait... there are a ton of 80s/90s vintage Coach bags available on Ebay/Etsy/Poshmark.

LOL my mother did not wear Coach. I think any of these overhyped, old lady bag making, over priced, wannabe status symbol brands are gauche AF. There are people making beautiful leather goods by hand that you don't know about, but if people care about style or quality then they find them.

Nope. You and your mother have no taste. Old Coach is logo-free and very high quality. The goods that we both know you buy are garbage and in your consciousness because they’re promoted on social media but with no design value, like Portland Leather, Lo and Sons, Cuyana, Dagne Dover. All pure trash beloved by tacky women like you. I know you don’t know M. Hulot, Frank Clegg, Lotuff, designers that are amazing and beyond your Ken, and which of the top-price high end designers produce anything with quality.

By the way, you’re older and fatter than you think. But you’re destined to be the old lady with the shitty bag, too.

I carry a Coach wallet. Probably wouldn't carry a Coach purse. But I love, love, love my Coach loafers. I'll buy them again and again and keep wearing them as they are as comfortable as slippers.
