stupid question... how hard is it to paddle board?

This is true for my husband and I too, but I’ve also found that he also has motion sickness and can’t do simulation type rides… I think there’s something off with his center of balance.

Some paddleboards are more stable than others. Choppy water can be tricky. I'd recommend avoiding anywhere with motorboats. But it's not like you should expect to keep falling down.

barefoot is fine. water shoes are fine. wear anything that dries quickly.

I found paddleboard yoga challenging even as an experienced paddleboarder. I didn't fall in--just couldn't get into the poses as easily as I'd have liked.
