I believe Fairfax Christian, near Dulles airport, has rolling admissions.

I would recommend Merritt Academy in Fairfax over Pinecrest and Congressional.

Merritt is a for- profit “school” if that’s your thing.

…not as social liberal as, maybe, southern Utah.

“Management issues” at Lorien Wood is putting it mildly. They will have openings, but only because so many families left this year. Read the great schools reviews and the other threads about it on this forum—everything you will read is only the tip of the iceberg. it’s a train wreck.

Dominion Christian (Classical Christian)
Vienna Adventist (Inexpensive)
St Mark's (Catholic)
Our Lady of Good Council (Also Catholic)
Flint Hil (Pricey, but plush)
Trinity Christian (Traditional ed)
Green Hedges (Progressive ed)

Local schools I am somewhat wary of: Lorien Wood (management issues), Pinnacle (Gulen-run)

Trinity Christian closed all applications for the 2024-2025 waitlist a couple weeks ago, but it might still be worth a call.

No loss there.
