Definitely not Scott's Run. There's giardia in the water.

There is giardia in virtually EVERY body of fresh water in North America below 8,000 ft elevation. Any body of water that has beaver, muskrat, nutria or any type of waterfowl (ducks, geese, wading birds, gulls) present has giardia.

The water is super clear, and about 4-5 feet deep in the deeper spots. It’s also usually cold, but this time of the year it will be warmer.

There’s always water in this creek, even during droughts.

Is this at the MacArthur Blvd park location or the one off Tuckerman further north?
