The preseed makers claims it will help with TT&C, but I think most REs only recommend it as the one lubricant you can use while TT&C.

My RE did not recommend preseed. He recommended not using any lubricant but if you need to, olive oil and another kind of natural oil (blanking on it now). Preseed cannot help you conceive. The very least it can do is not hurt.

PP, could you elaborate -- Was he of the view that lubricants were detrimental somehow?

Pp, I think it could help in both situations. It can't hurt, so might as well give it a shot.

One of the PPs here. My RE's point was that the best lubricant is what your body produces naturally. Getting really excited helps with TTC. Using an external lubricant is ok, though, especially if there are issues with lubrication. Preseed is just a product. It does not "help" fertility. It just doesn't hinder it the way KY and others do. If you go without purchased lubricant, your chances are the same.
