That's a good thing! Saves you the effort of patting and bouncing them to get the burp out.

Our son had silent reflux at that age--which made him burp on his own, hiccup a ton, and generally be congested and fussy. Once he started arching his back and crying after eating, we got it diagnosed and he went on meds for a while, which helped tremendously.
