| Beer is made from mold too. |

Penicillin is purified from mold. The molecular structure is C16H18N2O4S. Alexander Fleming purified out the substance that had anti-bacterial properties. He did not give the entire mold organism to patients.
Eating a bit of mold will likely no cause you harm. Eating spoonfuls of it may make you feel sick. It also does not taste good |
Because like most things, some molds are harmful and some are harmless and delicious. Just like fungi. Some bacteria are helpful and necessary to our health and some are dangerous. It’s not a black and white world, OP, and most of us already know that. |
| *not cause you harm |
| Urea in shampoo is a product of urine. |
| There's a fungus among us! |
| I love me some blue cheese too OP. Mold is gold. |
OP here. I only buy natural stuff. |
Natural? Like arsenic? |
OP here. I don't drink beer. |
OP here. I meant I buy products that dog have dangerous chemicals. For instance, I don't use lotions, shampoos, deodorants, hand sanitizers, etc. that have the words "Drug Facts", "Stop use and ask doctor if" or "Keep out reach of children" because that means the product contains harmful chemicals. I don't buy products that are known to cause cancer to the state of California. |
| I eat blue cheese and also Mimolette. |
I think I speak for all of us when I say that if the day comes, I'll happily support your right to die of tuberculosis rather than take something made from dirt. |
| OP, are you 10 years old? Did you just learn that penicillin is made from mold? |
Yeast, I thought. |
