Why ECNL clubs don't lower the fee for U15 and up

You're making a poor uninformed assumption

Playing against players who are very physical in a kickball environment that are 3 years older serves more liabilities than value to the younger players.

They expect you to pay for the entire year but they aren’t really playing in fall. Last years team played a Labor Day Tournament but nothing else until November. This years team (different club) won’t even play a Labor Day Tournament but will at least have optional 1x a week practices. It seems like the fees should be adjusted.

Because lower level teams play year round and you can't charge more to be on a lower team, so they must keep the higher team fees high.
