Yea exactly. I have kids, i lost the weight and work out - im very fit and look sexy ...at age 54...gasp!! Its really is possible, not sure why i didnt do this ages ago, darn it.

Love this! Mid-forties working mom who gained during covid. I’ve done a lot of work but I’m still climbing that mountain (slowly). Down 30 trying to lose 15 more. You’re giving me hope I’ll get there.

I’m at 155 and want to get to 120. I’m 51 years old and feel so blah. I lost 15 pounds between July - Oct 2023 and then gained it all back. My went back to my home state and cared for my mother on hospice from Jan-March this year (she passed in March) and I have not been able to gather the strength and focus again to try.
