Should Trump Drop Out After His Felony Conviction?

Of course he should, all decent or semi-decent politicians drop out in such circumstances.

Beating him at the ballot box may sound like fun to you but it's a waste, of resources, time, energy, even if fairness and of the election.

Elections are a waste of resources, time and energy? This sounds like China’s approach to governing.

Read more slowly. A vote between a candidate and a convicted-and-serving-a-sentence candidate is a waste of election, which could be between two candidates.

There. Do you understand that?

Biden on the other hand belongs in a nursing home, not in any position of responsibility. He should be the one dropping out, and likely will do so at some point around the convention.

I thought Biden managed to induce NY State and a bunch of jurors and Trumpworld witnesses to collude into a guilty conviction for Trump? That doesn't sound like the actions of someone who belongs in a nursing home.

Also...

People in nursing homes don't usually go biking.

When was the last time Donald was on a bike?

Wow, talk about double standards. For Trump, the only qualifications are those in the constitution. For Biden, lots of vague qualifications that don't even list.

Obviously they don't understand that.

Trump, a convicted-and-serving-a-sentence candidate? So therefore a nonstarter? You know, your side reminds me of the Dursleys trying to keep Harry Potter from getting his invitation to Hogwarts. It won’t work…Trump has a date with destiny this November.

Destiny will be just as disappointed as Stormy.

No. He is qualified and he has my vote. Biden is terrible and once Trump is in office, I hope he unleashes his DOJ on Biden for all of his illegal activities.

You mean all those activities that the partisan House has brought up for impeachment votes?

Well, you may get your wish because he has promised to do just that. Though I am confused why you were suggesting this since I thought it was only the Dems who politicize government.

Wait, I thought it was a bedrock republican principle that you shouldn't use the criminal justice system against your political opponents. Guess you guys were lying about that too.

So, if we want to take Trump at his word, he knows he is a liability and is causing a constitutional crisis and yet...

There is ALWAYS a receipt. ALWAYS.

Of course he should but he won't. His sycophants continue to blame everyone but trump. The truth is that the GOP should never have allowed him to run as a Republican. But they have no guts and will make him their nominee and this will have a dramatic effect on dien ballot candidates especially if they are endorsed by Trump. As a Democrat I am delighted.
