For those with male fertility issues, did your IVF fail or succeed?

We had morphology of 1-2%, all other male factors normal (motility, count), and got pregnant from our first IVF in Feb 2008, resulting in son, November 2008. Have tried 3 clomid coitus & FET since then with no luck. Are moving on to IVF again. No female factors.
