Yeah their third or fourth team which is basically overpaid rec teams.

| As other's stated, they are trying to fill bottom teams that didn't get enough players to fill it. Unless you're trying to get into travel I'd pass. |
| Supplemental tryouts mean that too many kids backed out after paying the deposit. There are many parents willing to pay the nonrefundable deposit to hold a spot only to back out if they get an offer from another club to play on a higher level team. |
Doesn’t their first team play up a year? I always thought of their 2nd and 3rd team as being 1st and 2nd and their actual 1st team is…somewhere out there out of our league. |

Only till a certain age. Once they hit U13 they play their own age group.

| I think most clubs have supplemental tryouts, especially clubs with only one team per year. It's hard to predict how many kids you'll lose. I just found that 5 kids from my daughter's team are moving to a different club, which was really surprising given that they won the division last year and are continuing to develop well. |
