| Former McLean parent here and very seriously considering our options (which do not exist). |
Why would you leave a good team just because the coach quit? (I’m assuming that you mean you’re a former McLean parent whose kid now plays for the Arlington 2011 girls). Or do you mean that your kid plays some other Arlington girls team and you’re concerned about the direction of the entire club? |
Who is CP replacement for 2011G? And is the girls director who is leaving Chapman? They don’t list a girls director on their website just an age group coordinator. |

Is this confirmed?
|
| Yes 100% confirmed |
| Got all those top team deposits in before announcing it... |
No she is staying. CP is the girls Director who is leaving. |
| Why leaving? |
Bait and switch! Although haven’t the 2011 girls been good for two years? And CP wasn’t their coach last year, right? Still, speaking from experience with my own DD, I know how quickly a good team can turn bad with the wrong coach. |
| Did the Arlington parents run CP off? |
There are always options for top talent. |
Maybe but Arlington has a well established pattern. U12 and down great result with a very basic style of play. It seems each year from u13 the top team sinks, fall or enters a black hole. Arlington needs a new directions. They have to start emphasizing technical skills and speed of play not the biggest and fastest players who have no touch, marginal technical skill(when compared to peers) and turn the ball over with and without pressure. It is crazy that top teams have problems connecting three passes when under pressure. That’s the game. It sad watching some of the talented players get pushed to the side for rugby players. |
Oh, good. Then, by your own words, you have nothing to consider. I solved it for you! Carry on and good day to you. |
Are you talking about the older girls? Because I have some the younger ones and they don’t seem to be relying on rugby players. |
| So who is the new 2011G coach? |
