Arlington Girls Director gone again

Nicci quit mid season but served til end of CA playoffs, Nemzer quit by FL ECNL event gone by March. Carlos end of season quit no insight if he'll go to Seattle or not.

Someone called this when he was hired as a concern. Guy just goes from club to club.

heard they had a call and announced his replacements for next season and that he will finish season with ecnl playoffs.

There goes the whole Arlington is the only stable club theory. There are no stable clubs in youth soccer.

Whoever has been hiring these directors isn’t doing a very good job. Carlos leaving quickly was not very difficult to call.

It's this area. It's not an environment for stability, just a rat race for everybody and everything. Just a reflection of the environment in the clubs we have, from the leadership on down.

Where's Arlington parents on this one, awfully quiet. This is not a sign of a healthy girls program. Its alarming actually and A-town money is likely the only reason its not made into a bigger deal

CP was probably released from Arlington. The teams he coached all had a losing season, including the 08 girls who went from top of standings to near bottom. Heard the parents were not very happy with him

The only team anybody knows of from Arlington is the 2011's who are on track to be the next Arlington 08's

Arlington has 1 good team. That’s not a sign of a healthy girls program either.

Only one VA Union 2011 girl is going to Arlington - the other McLean girl going to Arlington is the McLean ECNL RL goalie. Doubt it will change anything.
