Generally 100-125g total fat, including 30-50g saturated fat. Works out to about 35% of caloric input per day. |
I don't think anyone actually eats an entire serving when they state they eat it 3 times..Nut nutrition is listed in units of things like per cup . Hardly anyone eats 3 cups of nuts per day. And most of the fat in nuts is mono or polyunsaturated fats anyway.. |
That's wayyyyyy too much saturated fat. That's almost150- 250% DV. |
A serving of nuts is 1 oz. Nowhere near a cup. |
That's 900-1125 calories from fat and 2500-320 calories per day. You're either a bodybuilder or a troll. I'll go with the latter. |
The former. I usually consume 2800-3200 calories a day. |
I usually eat around 30 to 40 grams of fat per day when I'm trying to lose weight (1500 calories work out days, 1200 calories non-workout days). |
I went and looked at my LoseIt app as I started tracking my food last month. My fat had huge spikes certain days so I investigated and it turns out that the app is really off on fat for some items. For instance, I had one piece of chocolate and it says this was 700 grams of fat for one piece—checking online, it should be only 8 grams per oiece!
I think if I ignore the weird days, it looks like about 50 grams per day. |
In that case it makes sense but you really are an outlier. Especially for DCUM. |
As an update, the fat tracking in LoseIt is total trash. I went back to a day it says I only had 12 grams of fat—I had pork dumplings, sushi,2% milk and a muffin and it said zero grams of fat for each of those!
Hope the calorie tracking is a little better. |
