Small/portable neck pillow for long flight

I have one that features a removable cover over an inflatable insert. I love that I can wash the exterior, plus the whole thing packs down super small when not in use. Bought it ages ago, but I’m sure similar ones exist.

An inflatable one is going to be the smallest even if not the most luxurious.

I like the twist memory foam ones. It's just a long tube that you can configure in any set up. I kind of prop it between my legs and then bend it under my chin and around the side of my head to lean on.

You can just hang the neck pillow or wear it if needed. A lot of things can be carried or worn or hung off your luggage.

I travel internationally a couple times a year. I think the best approach is to realize it won't be great and you won't sleep, and just go into it with a powering through mindset. There's no pillow that is going to make you comfortable sleeping upright in economy, but the flight is only 6 hours. You wouldn't get a full night's sleep regardless. The pillow is just one more thing to deal with in a crowded space. You will be OK.
