I'm sure that your grievance related to this person makes sense in your corner of the universe, but for us here on Earth, what's the issue?

She dresses like Kamila Harris or Jill Biden.

I find it funny cause I am knocking 12 years off my age on resume. So somehow me and her are almost same “age”

"me and her". Your problems go deep, man.

You sound jealous. It’s not a good look. It’s a worse look than dressing like Kamila Harris or Jill Biden.

HR has her DOB you know.

“Older mom” is highly subjective. If she had kids at 32-35 some would consider that “older mom” territory if she was having them in a part of the world where it’s normal to start a family right out of school. But for an 18 years old man (kids 50-53) in somewhere where most parents start out later like DC, that might be considered an average aged dad.

She dresses like two women who are in or adjacent to high political office and you consider that lying about her age? Weird. They’re not my style but I’m not going to be mad because other women emulate their looks.

Sounds like there’s some ideal age in your company and you’re both aiming to be taken for that age. Why is it bad for her to do it but not you?

600k, corporate car, full relocation package, maybe 200k deferred comp

I think it is genius. I worked from 18- 22 myself at a major bank as a clerk pre grad. I should have at 30 given myself 12 years experience, wear a three piece suit with mustache and horn rimmed glasses and applied to be a SVP

Never too late

Maybe if you had the ability to write a proper sentence you would have gone farther in your career. Communication skills are important in almost all jobs.

Anonymous wrote:We hired this EVP at a huge Salary and in interviews and LinkedIn she has 27 years work experience. She dresses very formal and says stuff I got married much later in life and has my kids much later in life.

I realized her work experience actually starts at 16. She worked in HS and College at major banks part time. My math she 43.

God bless her. I should have done this when younger. She has SVPs and VPs reporting to her

Sounds like she has 27 years of work experience. You do know that HR has a company that will do a background report including previous employment on everyone they hire, right? They know what her history is. They hired her because she's qualified. Sorry you didn't get the job.

old people seem to think putting in time means experience

'Kamila' Harris? You can't even get the VP's name right and you're cribbing that someone lied their way into a top position?

What is OP's point? They sound deranged.

Well, you could have applied, but you appear to be very, very stupid, so I doubt it would have worked out.
