It all depends on if your gut can handle it. If you feel good after eating it, then you probably have a gut microbiome balance that handles dairy well. If I eat a lot of dairy, I become constipated and breakout.

Op- If it works for you keep doing it. Unless you are lactose intolerant there is no issues eating dairy.

As long as your cholesterol is fine, then there is not problem with it.
