| If it's an american wedding or you read as obviously american I wouldn't go. otherwise I would go |
| I would still go, though I do understand your hesitation. My prediction is you’ll be fine. |
| You do know that Jordan isn't in Israel, right? This is such a dumb question. |
https://step.state.gov/ Here is the link. I found out about this program at the beginning of covid while living in France and it was very helpful with information from the embassy. While I stuck out the militant lockdown in France, I know of someone who was on a repatriation flight from Ghana during covid so it is useful in emergencies! |
| Decision was made for us! Airport closed in Jordan. Wedding is on pause to pivot. Middle eastern family but expecting many from abroad. A tough time but thankful we are still here and ok. |
Wow! That’s a big deal. Glad it relieved you of having to decide though. Yikes! I hope they’re able to pivot well. |
| Israel is launching all sorts of stuff over Jordanian air space right now. Drones will be shot down over Jordan, likely armed with munitions. Very lucky you’re not there. There will be deaths in Jordan due to collateral damage and errant missiles/drones. God speed to your friend’s family. |
Yes thank you agree!! Relieved and thankful and praying for peace. |
