Is she giving me the run around?

I’d just deal with it. Let her contact you and I certainly would not think she is trying to blow you off.

Hard to tell but women in general are flaky as hell. Your move is to stop asking and see if she gets back to you. If she goes silent, you have your answer. At this point it's her turn to say, thanks for your understanding, I'm now available these days. If she doesn't, cut that one loose.

OP - don’t play games you don’t want played on you. Per your OP, she asked you if Friday works. Did you answer her yes or no? Be clear. If you said yes, then she reschedules, then you can say “ok - rescheduling will (or won’t) work for me” “hey - I’m very interested in you but it seems you don’t have the bandwidth to get to know each other / or it seems the interest may not be mutual given rescheduling / or whatever”

Answer her about Friday and see it it works out. If postponed again, I would tell her that you understand it must be a busy time and she can let you know sometime if she frees up. Then go about your life.

Is it a sure fire way to speed things up? When all it does is slow you down?
