My ten year old loved legally blonde. Haven’t let her watch mean girls yet because of concern it may be too mature or inspire bad behavior.

Legally Blonde, no. My kids watched Mean Girls for the first time at 10 and a lot went over their heads, but it was a good starting point for conversations about navigating friendships and recognizing when one was toxic. I know that not every parent would let their kid watch Mean Girls at that age, but it was fine for us.

10 is a transitional age and different families are more sensitive about different issues.
