Agree that Kristen looks great. Is it just makeup and the hair color and false lashes or do we think she had “work”. She’s cute and pretty normally but here she is much more glam.

Same. I didn't like Episode 1 but it has gotten better and we've now watched the first 4. Was recently in Palm Beach and the show rings more true that not.

I have a hard time understanding Wiig’s character’s motivation. Why is she so obsessed with these ladies and the country club?

I’ve watched 3 episodes because of the strong cast, but I’m not into it at all.

Only watched 1.5 episodes but I suppose Wiig turns the whole town into her grip over time, forced favor by forced favor.

I've enjoyed watching. Beautiful costumes, fun character tropes and pure escapist tv.

Are we supposed to assume the issue mentioned in the first minutes of the first episode is a murder? Or could it be anything?

I’ve only watched the first episode, but I feel like part of it is the times… Without a rich husband or family wealth there weren’t a ton of options for women. Especially women in their 40s.
