Not to helpful to the OP, though. I assume 1,000,000 is OP's all-in budget. Those last two appear to have sold off market though with no pictures or recent sales. The first one is very nice and looks like was move-in ready, but $80,000 over budget. |
And I take back what I said about the first one, still nice but there appears to be extensive water damage to the upstairs ceiling with no mention of a new roof, so there may be more expenses on top of it being $85,000 over budget. |
