Gumbo, shrimp fried rice, shrimp egg fu yung, scrambled eggs with shrimp and chives, corn and shrimp chowder, stir fries, lentil soup with shrimp, steamed shrimp or sautéed shrimp with Old Bay, shrimp salad, shrimp poor boys, shrimp dumplings, spring rolls with shrimp, summer rolls with shrimp, nachos or quesadillas with shrimp, shrimp enchiladas, shrimp and crabmeat or shrimp and bacon pizza….
If you want to cheat, there are dozens of vegetable, rice, and noodle dishes that would be delicious with added shrimp. I might start with jap chae plus shrimp, or adding shrimp to the garlic pasta, or adding even more shrimp to the Thai fried rice with shrimp. Yum! Enjoy! |
