Just made stir fry with frozen shrimp (defrosted it for the day in the fridge) and frozen veggies (sauted straight from frozen). No formal recipe but I used garlic salt, pepper, sesame oil and Chinese 5 spice. Sauted the shrimp first, put them in a bowl and then sauted the veggies and combined them. Made some ramen noodles with their seasoning. Delicious!

Trader Joe's always has an awesome tub of cut-up stir fry veggies in the case in the produce department.

I fry up chopped garlic in EVOO, add some red pepper flakes and then add the shrimp. Dress with some chopped parsley. Serve over linguini.

The person describes their situation and asks for help finding a solution, and people like you get all analytical or judgy.

Be helpful or be gone!!

NP, but we only eat wild-caught American shrimp, so we stock up when we're at the beach. We usually have 10 lbs in the deep freeze at all times.

(I'm from Florida and love quality seafood, I'm not as arrogant as I sound, I swear!)
