The maintenance guy installed it for her and it was a piece of cake. It's also easy to keep both the seat and the toilet clean. It both raises the toilet and provides sturdy grab bars, so there was no need for a new, tall toilet (and as I said bars wouldn't have worked anyway).

I had this downstairs on a tall toilet. Excellent.
Had the grab bar frame around tall toilet upstairs.
