As they should. As a pedestrian I have nearly been hit by drivers who tried to turn right on red without actually stopping. I have seen near car crashes for the same. The stop is there for a reason. You stop to make sure no one who actually has the right of way is going; and if the way is clear, then you can go again. |

So i took a close look at the video and played in slow motion. The video has been tampered with, showing the footage roll backwards and then forwards to make it look like a rolling stop. I advise you all to pay close attention to every part of the video for evidence. This may be a rockville scam. There are people that deliberately go through a light and there are a few that truly brake to make the car rock and move forward… |

| It was in DC but I successfully contested a traffic camera violation for turning right on red. I was able to prove that I had a green arrow, not a red light, and therefore had no obligation to come to a complete stop before turning right. It took months but it was well worth the wait! |

Why would anyone want to go on camera and have their name plastered on the internet admitting they don’t stop at red lights? Sorry you got a ticket, next time stop. |

| Rockville has clearly tightened up how they enforce red light cameras. I’d compare it to the scale situation at the Giant self check-out. Warrented, perhaps, but really annoying. |

Well i turn at this light daily in the week and am very familiar with the light and for rust reason, stop completely at the line to avoid an incident as such but i also reviewed my and it reveals an inconsistent timestamp as well as seeing vehicles move backwards. This seems like an inside scam. I wonder how many others actually stop and still get a fan mail letter. |

| The video shows you rolling thru and not stopping completely before the white line. Pen it. Yes it’s annoying but it’s not a scam by Rockville. Each video is looked at by a human before being sent out.. |

| I stopped. This same video shows a timestamp inconsistency on their footage with all vehicles jumping forward then backwards. So i will definitely see them in court. Not sure about anyone else’s video but mine is certainly a fault on their behalf. I take this route daily |
