| I thought the video would be better. Kind of a letdown. |
| This Tik tokker is so annoying. I used To follow her before she got on her soap box about the Beaufort bonnet company. Get over it. |
| It is wild that you can find any topic on DCUM! |
Yes with sponsored segments on exactly when you are legally required to stop calling a child a toddler, and how if your child is not fully potty trained by 2.5, they'll never get a job (day AND night! if they wear a diaper at night, they aren't potty trained, Larla!). |
The first rule of DCUM is you don't talk about DCUM (IRL). If anyone ever mentions DCUM IRL, I pretend I don't know what it is but actually I READ EVERYTHING. |
Yeah, I agreed with her take but I thought it was going to be a full scale take down and it was just mildly amusing. |
| dcum has been around so long that some of the Larlas are Karens now |
+1 deny, always, even if they know you have a Revlon dryer. |
I genuinely had never read this website until a few years ago even though I've lived in DC for decades and been a parent for almost the long. People would ask me about it and I'd say "oh no, I've heard of it but I never go on there." I am positive no one believed me. So it's fitting that I now pretty much live on this website. If Jeff posted a list of most frequent posters/viewers, I have to think I'd make the top 100. |
And if they need help with college applications, then they are not ready for college! It never ends! |
Why not Karla? |
Don't forget that if they don't have a clear friend group by 2nd grade, they probably will never have friends at all. And it will be your fault for not scheduling enough playdates. |
*chef's kiss* |
| Karen is a sexist, ageist, and racist slur. |
Tbf that dryer is discussed on a lot of social media (Reddit Facebook etc) it’s not exclusively popular to DCUM. |
