If I had the money I would 100% buy this as a weekend beach retreat. I don't want a large space, just a fantastic view and relaxing environment.

In LA I'd move to Agoura Hills any day. It's quieter and not so far from Malibu. And for that price you get a gorgeous house, not a dumb studio!
