For one week, do something different. But move your body and break a sweat doing it.
I chose to rake the front lawn, clean out gardening beds, and unpack the last of heavy book boxes in the garage. It was the break I needed and I'm back into my usual. Go wipe down all your baseboards and crown molding. I promise you it's a workout! |
