I think it’s an Emperor’s New Clothes situation. Arlington is a deep blue county where no one wants to publicly criticize anything related to DEI because someone might think you’re a racist Trumper. Meanwhile we’re all sitting here wondering what the hell all these people are actually doing and why we pay them so much.

For the 5.5 professional DEI positions, there
are two clerical positions.

The three professional staff members at the office of School Climate and Culture also have their very own support staff member.
