I was wondering that too. He's massively bulked up. That said, he seems to lead a pretty quiet, clean living life. He's not out on the party circuit.

Some of the pictures ITT of Trent looking jacked are over a decade old. He's a bit slimmer these days, but obviously still in shape. He's also really short - like 5'6"
