Grade the Arlington County School Board Members

CDT - F. She absolutely sucks. Clearly did this to launch her political career. Doesn’t care about kids.

Priddy - D. Is a loser and a pointless addition to the board.

Mary Kadera - A-. Has been excellent so far. Asks the right questions and has the right concerns. She just hasn’t produced any results yet.

Bethany Sutton -D. Seems like another pointless addition to the board. Just goes along with whatever the majority says. Has no thoughts of her own

Miranda Turner - to be decided. She’s new so her first quarter grades aren’t ready.

Name one thing the Board has done in the last 6 months that had a measurable impact of students and academics.

I have a feeling that Kadera and Turner together will be able to bring Sutton on board with some stuff. There's been a sea-change since about 2021 and I think it's reflected in the attitudes of those elected since then, namely a willingness to ask harder questions of Syphax staff and not just go along to get along.

I don't know, all I see from MT since she got elected is cheerleading for APS.
