Are the Lume products really that good/worth it?

Even worse, that lady is an OBGYN! The fact that she uses a euphemism like "privates" and is spreading the idea that vaginas are gross and smelly doesn't sit well with me.

I'm using it because my usual anti-perspirant started causing intense under arm itching and I need to use something. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't use it. It's okay, not great.

This. 17 year old girls were already being bombarded with the message that their vaginas and vulvas are dirty, and that's why they're expected to shave everything off. Now the messaging is that just existing makes for a smelly vagina. It's really disconcerting, esp from a doctor.

I’m sympathetic to this but… they do objectively smell, right?

Yeah but …. So what? So do penises. And none of these things smell so bad that you can smell through clothes. Unless you’re doing intense exercise, in which case who cares.

That lady doctor gives me the creeps. She's too involved with funk and her commercials are disturbing. She would never qualify to be my doc.

Again, how many teenagers do you see featured in the commercials?

I am middle aged and menopausal and I can confirm my smell and sweat started to really stink in peri menopause. Yes, certain parts of me really smell like stank now which didn't when I was younger, no matter
how many showers and baths I take. It's a product for a specific audience, not for teenagers.

I really wish my mom had warned me about this, so it wouldn't have been as much of a surprise to middle aged me. She just denied she ever had any changes in menopause, but I was there!

HAHA. Well if you're a person who often gets sniffed by dogs, you might need LUME.

Not really... some smell sweet. I mean if you think smelly V's are the norm, you're with the wrong crowd.

Oh please. I don't put in my vagina. I use it around that area and yes it helps with the smell. Why would you think that your armips start smelling after a while but other crevices don't? Even before Lumi I used various things but Lumi works better. And is she supposed to say labia majora on national TV? She is using euphemisms and only a moron would take an issue with that.
