Which personality disorder do people start fights or conflict constantly?

I got flamed when I said this before, but my psychiatrist calls borderline personality disorder the "a$$hole diagnosis." He wants nothing to do with treating them.

There's no cure for personality disorders, but I do think that if more people with them were left to face the natural consequences of their behavior, they might actually learn something.
