19:57 - how true! DD are run by people who don't know DD in the D.C. area, unfortunately. I went to one and had to actually tell them how to make an iced coffee, which would be unheard of elsewhere.

Starbucks does in fact suck.

I think DD quality varies from store to store honestly. But I'll take a large iced coffee dark roast from DD over Starbucks' venti iced coffee any day.

I used to go to this DD in New Jersey while visiting my now DH, they had about 3 times the variety of donuts of a normal DD and they were soooo much better. THey had crazy flavors I had never before seen in DD. So I agree it varies from store to store. That said I would also recommend the Fractured Prune, very good.
