24, stressful year
They didn't really start coming in until 35 |
Just found one last week, but it’s a white hair!! Turning 49 in April. I’m very light blonde so probably not the first, but I found it by my temples. It was white and coarse… I plucked it right out!! |
41.
Around 38 or 39 I found a hair that seemed white/grey but when I plucked it it was blonde. I have dark hair. |
V dark brown hair. Started seeing grays in regular numbers at age 24-25. I was mostly gray by 30. Am 48 now am basically white. |

About 45. I’m medium blonde that’s always been naturally streaky with a lot of color variation. The grey hairs don’t bother me, they blend in pretty well. |
I think I was 16 or so. I plucked them until I was 27, and then I had too many to pluck. Started using home dye. That was enough for a while. Then a salon. Now I’m probably 90% gray. In my mid-50s. |
45 still waiting. However my mother did not go gray until almost 70 so... |
So you are just here to brag then? |

^brunette. 54 years old in a week and I still hardly have any. Get the few I have touched up every 6 weeks. My hair is mostly my natural so not dry- still thick and shiny. My dad didn’t have many gray, nor did my brother. My mom and sister with black hair (Irish) went premature gray in their mid 20s. |
