Creami - What am I doing wrong?

I had never heard of it until this thread. Thanks for mentioning Costco, maybe I'll check it out. But I already haven't used the expensive blender I bought 6 months ago...

My vitamix sits in my basement because we have so little counter space in the kitchen. It does come in handy when I need it but…I could have used a regular blender!
