My child really liked weight lifting. Great teacher at Blair that taught them technique and proper gym habits. Like getting a personal trainer for free. |

My son took net sports, and it was a lot of fun!
They did tennis, badminton, ping pong, pickleball, and even some volleyball (not typical for net sports, but the kids wanted some change). My daughter planned to do basketball both semesters, but changed to volleyball after the first semester. The first semester, she had a friend in the class (the only other girl), but that friend had PE a different period the second semester. She had a great time with her friend the first semester and got a lot better at volleyball the second semester! |
