Buffalo chicken sliders, spinach artichoke dip in a bread bowl, possible homemade egg rolls. I have seen an airfried buratta that looks good.

Isn’t Ghiradelli from San Francisco? Maybe you could make some Ghiradelli brownies.

Hot…put bottom half of rolls in half pan, spread mustard on bottom, layer on ham, top with shredded cheese, put top of roll on, brush with melted butter with couple drops of Worcestershire.

Optional: sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

Heat for 40 minutes uncovered at 375 until cheese is melted and rolls are staring to turn toasty.


I did a version of these on mini Hawaiian rolls once and they were FAB

Seafood (anything but specifically cioppino), anything Chinese, their Mission burritos are famous, and Italian.

Last year we did our own spin on the Tiktok famous "Korean Garlic Cream Cheese Buns" - we used pretzel buns and filled them with beer cheese instead. They were pretty fab.
