Pls help with super soft/tender meat recipes

Try tofu simmered in a soup or sauce. Very easy to eat, and it'll absorb the flavors of the liquid it's cooked in.

Anything with ground meat should work. If he wants a steak then my suggestion is to buy him a fillet mignon. I do this for my elderly father who has difficulty chewing and he loves it. I buy a very small one for him because it’s $$$ the rest of us eat less expensive cuts. It isn’t often so doable.

Cook pork chops or pork roast in a slow cooker with one or two cans of cream of mushroom soup - Campbell's original or Pacific. Cook on high for 4 hours, it'll be fork tender.

You can ask the butcher to grind other cuts. My mom used to buy roasts when they went on sell and have the butcher grind them. I would think you could do the same with steaks (but I’d probably recommend boneless cuts).

No meat! Why would you cook him braised meat? My father has the same issue. Keep to easily digestible foods.

Chuck roast in the crock pot on low for 8 hours basically melts in your mouth. It’s one of the first meats I gave my kids as babies since it’s so soft. I do mine with a ranch packet, au jus gravy seasoning packet, and half a stick of butter. You don’t need to add any liquid. You can add a few jarred pepperoncinis for a little kick.
