A month of olaplex usage literally made more than half of my hair fall out, and you will find lots of similar stories online. Yes you aren’t supposed to use it for every wash - and I didn’t know this at the time - but I also only wash my hair twice a week. I’m not going to come back and argue with people about it, just had to share this…beware/use very seldom, if you must! My hair was suddenly coming out by the handful and the texture was AWFUL - this weird sticky stretchy texture, which took over a year and a half to go back to normal

Well, I can’t believe you posted this. I had a very similar experience. I am someone who has done print modeling for hair in the past and was horrified at what it did to my hair.

This happened to me as well. I won’t ever use any of the Olaplex products again. They worked well at first and then the entire texture of my hair changed for the worst. I also experienced a ton of shedding. This all stopped once air stopped using any of their products. It has taken over a year to get the texture back to what it was before.it might be good for some but not for me

It didn't do anything for me---good or bad.

I'm 49 with color treated grey hair.
