Best store for sheets/bedding for 16/17 yr old DD?

"Omg all DCUM recs are so basic. Target, IKEA, Craigslist. Where are the supposed millionaires with good recs?"

Their becoming millionaires by not spending money on sheets a teen will be tired of in a year or two!

It sounds like you already went out shopping, but Macy's also has a good selection of sheets. My tweens' sheets are from Macy's but mine and DH's are from Target and I agree those are amazing. It's just that Target's kids sheets are microfiber and we wanted all cotton.

Target's Threshold Cotton Performance Sheet is amazing.

I've tried a LOT of sheets and it holds up to the best of them. 100% cotton

It really is more about knowing what to look for in your sheets than where you get them. Big fan of target linen sheets. We also have a $500 set of cotton/cashmere sheets that I don’t like half as much (but they are soft and cozy.)

This is true. I'm a big fan of cotton percale because they breathe really well. People who care more about wrinkles (or lack of them) might sacrifice breathability for fewer wrinkles. And so on.

+1 but I don’t think they have a brick and mortar location.

I was disappointed with Pottery Barn sheets.

My teens have these from Amazon. They are a little thin but butter soft and so comfortable I bought a pair for my bed instead of expensive ones when I needed new ones. I like them! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B09JVR4YHD?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

My daughter got her comforter and other things for her room in person at At Home. They have so many choices and always have a lot on sale.

Wow, this is OP again, honestly thrilled with so much feedback. Target will obviously be our first stop, but good to know about all these other options.

Also exciting to know that a more affordable brand stands up so well to some much more expensive ones in some of your experiences.

Grateful for all the answers, thanks all!

P.s. Love the "Don't do us like that - Ewww Craigslist for sheets!"

Do you already have a preference on type of sheet? I only do percale in our house--I don't care for sateen and I really don't care for microfiber. Target has all of these types of sheets so it's good to know what you are looking for when you go in.

I personally really like Garnet Hill percale but my kids have Target which is also good.

Another basic here chiming in for Target Threshold.

(Oh, and for the rude poster, we have them at our primary residence AND our beach house!)
