I work in an area that has me interacting with a few individuals with schizo-affective disorder and this mirrors those clients when they are off their meds. Particularly the inappropriate laughing at the bizarreness of the behavior.
But I also agree that it could be a kid who is actively high. The laughing when confronted about it or when explaining it doesn’t make sense unless some mental health disorder or high at the time of the conversation—not just during the act. |

| I'm really sorry OP. My guess is Bethesda because you are hoping it is some ridiculous tik tok thing going around kids in your area. But, if this isn't a one time thing, I agree, you should probably have him evaluated. Another poster is correct that pot is so strong now that it is causing psychotic breaks or something close to it so that is a possibility. And, the other is schizophrenia or some other similar issue. I really hope it turns out to be nothing but a bored teen. |

Maybe he's a brat Is this new for him or not? Is he typically well behaved or has he always had some behavior issues that you ignored and thought he'd grow out of? |
