Is this a UTI that my 3-year old has?

I mean obviously, take her to the pediatrician. The ped. will take a urine sample but will probably also consider pinworms.

This is OP. I took her in, she had a UTI and was prescribed antibiotics. Thanks everyone.

Why? Because the differential diagnoses for frequent urination include both diabetes and UTIs, both of which require medical treatment. But who needs professional training, licensure, and malpractice insurance when uneducated, know it alls like you can diagnose a kid that you've never examined or taken a history on with constipation.
