I am loving the silk blouses at Banana of all places right now. The one I have isn't sold anymore, but it was a dolman sleeve copper silk with a deep V. These are all nice though>

I like the shirt very much. I'd wear that with those pants, a black chunky loafer. For a little shimmer, a trouser sock with some glitz, or even a silver metallic sock. Big sparkly earrings and a fuzzy coat.

I had my eye on the red version of the Faherty button down, but Anthropologie actually has velvet tops in a lot more colors. I ended up getting the slate color, which is more of a silvery gray.

I have pants similar to those and wore them last month to a dressy event. I paired them with a wrap-top bodysuit from Anthropologie, a black belt with a gold buckle, and gold heels.
